Sales Operations Lead

We are looking for a structured and business-oriented Sales Operations Lead to join our Sales organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing sales-related processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product Management, Engineering, and Legal to support the sales organization and Dirac changing the world of sound.

About the Role

As a Sales Operations Lead you are responsible for leading and developing sales related processes. You will initiate and manage various internal corporate initiatives within Sales organization, with focus on improving efficiency within the team, sales organization and adherence to corporate policies.

The Sales Operations Lead collaborates primarily with the Sales organization, but also with other internal organizations, such as Finance, Product Management, Engineering and Legal (outsourced function). This role is vital for efficiency and should strive for efficient organizational use of external legal counsel.

You will also:

 Be responsible for Commercial Contract Management:

  • Ensure that the contract management process, including filing, is properly followed.
  • Keep agreement templates updated and aligned with Dirac’s business need and track contract terms, including termination dates, for Dirac’s agreements.
  • Act as the first internal point of contact for entering into NDAs with potential customers.
  • Support sales negotiations, conversations, and agreements with OEM customers and partners.

CRM System (Hubspot) Management for B2B:

  • Ensure high data quality in collaboration with local Sales Directors as well as generate and analyze CRM reports.
  • Oversee the process for signed contracts and revenue forecasting in alignment with the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Continuously improve and develop the CRM system to support evolving business needs.

Deal Commit Process Ownership:

  • Manage different steps in the internal Deal Commit Process, including organizing Technical- and Deal Commit Calls.
  • Lead and train sales representatives to ensure high-quality and efficient Deal Commit Calls.

B2B/OEM RFx Response Process:

  • Create RFx response plans and coordinate cross-organizational resources to compile responses.
  • Ensure all processes, documentation, and approvals are followed to maintain compliance.

Who You Are

You are a structured, results-oriented professional specializing in sales operations and process optimization. With in-depth expertise in CRM systems, you excel at streamlining workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and boosting sales team efficiency. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering effectively with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless contract management aligned with corporate guidelines.

Your inspire, and drive sales teams toward success, particularly through structured processes like Deal Commit and RFx responses. With attention to detail and proficiency in navigating complex sales processes, you consistently deliver value, playing a critical role in supporting business growth.

  • Over 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience working within an international organization
  • Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM systems, with a deep understanding of CRM software (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and effective sales tracking
  • A solid understanding of commercial business, combined with a strong drive to learn and grow
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in leading, training, and motivating sales representatives
  • Has a valid work permit or citizenship allowing them to work in Sweden

Location   

Your main location will be at Dirac’s headquarters in central Uppsala, Sweden but we embrace a hybrid work format. Living with commuting distance to Uppsala is an advantage.
