HR Business Partner

Do you want to make a real impact in the people field? At Dirac, we're looking for an HR Business Partner to drive our people strategy forward in a dynamic, hands-on role within an international environment.

About the Role

As an HRBP, you will build and refine processes and initiatives within the HR and people field, ensuring alignment between our people and business strategy. Beyond Sweden, you will collaborate closely with managers and employees in Denmark, Germany, China and other Dirac countries, providing guidance on people-related matters. You will help navigate opportunities and challenges to shape the employee and leader experience, enabling success for our teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Driving Development Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and implement forward-thinking people initiatives aligned with Dirac’s business goals

Performance & Development Drive and our Performance & Development process ensuring a structured and ongoing dialogue between employees and managers focused on goals, feedback and growth

Recruitment & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment processes, talent needs analysis, workforce planning, and succession strategies

Employer Branding Take ownership of initiatives that strengthen Dirac’s employer brand

Work Environment Develop initiatives that enhance our workplace culture, environment and employee engagement

HR Analytics Monitor key HR metrics and explore innovative ways to leverage analytics and AI to further develop the HR function and its contributions

Compliance Ensure compliance with local labour laws and provide input on global employment matters

HR Administration Manage HR administration tasks connected to our people processes and initiatives

Qualifications

You have some years of experience in a broad HR role, with a strong focus on supporting managers in HR processes.

  • Solid understanding of Swedish labour law
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across multiple countries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Swedish – English is our corporate language
  • A university degree in HR or a related field

It’s an advantage if you have

  • Experience working with HR in a global company
  • Knowledge in Danish and/or German and/or Chinese labour law

This role is based at Dirac’s headquarters in central Uppsala but we also offer the opportunity to embrace a hybrid work format.
