About the role 

As an Audio Tuning & Sales Support, your main focus will be to support audio tuning activities, while also playing an important role in helping us stay connected to our users by assisting with incoming questions and requests from our customers via our Dirac Help Desk. 

You will be part of the Customer & Integration team, a dynamic and supportive team of committed and driven colleagues. You'll also work closely with our Audio System Engineer and our sales organization. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Solutions. 

This role is ideal if you're at the start of your career and looking for a position where your work contributes to improving experiences for both colleagues and customers. 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Administration of hardware purchases, maintaining data and documentation 
  • Support in measurement and tuning of CE equipment 
  • Managing Sales and Customer Solutions hardware 
  • Sending, and summarizing customer surveys to gain insights into how our customers experience our products and services 
  • Responsible for the upkeep and readiness of demo hardware and demo rooms, ensuring a high-quality experience for demonstrations and testing 
  • Responsible for the sales/info e-mail inbox  
  • Maintenance and MOT of Dirac demo vehicles  
  • Provide B2C consumer 1st-line support when needed 
  • Troubleshoot and write reports on minor HW/SW related issues 

Who You Are 

We’re looking for you who are in the beginning of your career and have a genuine interest in audio and consumer electronics. You have some basic hands-on experience with audio products and enjoy working in a structured and detail-oriented way. 

To thrive in this role, you should be self-driven and comfortable working independently, while also being a great communicator and collaborates well with others. Since the role includes supporting both colleagues and customers, you genuinely enjoy helping others and providing great service. 

  • A valid driver’s license 
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written 
  • Holds a valid work permit or citizenship allowing work in Sweden

Location    

Your main location will be at Dirac’s headquarters in central Uppsala, Sweden but we embrace a hybrid work format. Living with commuting distance to Uppsala is an advantage.
