Your Role as Customer Project Manager
As Customer Project Manager, you’ll have the ownership of delivering customer projects on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. Acting as the primary bridge between the customer and Dirac’s internal teams, you’ll ensure smooth communication, mitigate risks, and drive project success.
This role offers variety and the chance to work on impactful projects across our two segments, Automotive and Home Audio but also influencing the final stages of presales processes. Our customers derive in an international setting in countries such as China, Taiwan, India, United States, Japan, Europe etc., which constitutes for a very dynamic work environment and gives the opportunity to occasional travel abroad.
This position starts by giving you the unique chance to work alongside the current role holder during the transition, ensuring opportunities for long-term growth and contributions at Dirac. The role is based in Uppsala.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and structure project meetings with both internal teams and external clients in line with Dirac’s project process
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report updates to stakeholders
- Manage changes in project scope, ensuring alignment with new requirements
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and escalations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting as their go-to project contact
- Collaborate with third-party vendors
- Drive process improvements and perform retrospectives to enhance project delivery
Who You Are
You are a results-driven project leader with a the ability to manage complex projects, make confident decisions, and set clear expectations. With a solution-oriented mindset and strong communication skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are energized by innovation and collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications
- A few years experience in Project management within SW, embedded, tech, audio or other relevant field
- Strong leadership skills
- Excels at facilitating discussions with a thoughtful approach to resolving conflicts and fostering positive outcomes
- Excellent English proficiency, Swedish is an advantage
- Proven ability to analyse risks and solve challenges effectively
- Experience managing stakeholders in complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Preferred qualifications but not required
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
- A strong technical understanding of software development and/or audio engineering
Start Date
We aim for an early 2025 start date but are flexible for the right candidate.

This role is based at Dirac’s headquarters in central Uppsala, Sweden.
